BORNEO SAFARI 2008 SPONSORS.

KOTA KINABALU: Several more regular related automobile companies who have earlier pledged to sponsor the forthcoming 18th International Borneo Safari, have generously kept their promises todate.

 

As of yesterday, sponsorship manager Hiew Min Kiyun has been busy trying to accommodate some of the sponsors’ requests to acknowledge receiving the sponsored items to Kinabalu Four Wheel Drive Club (KFWDC).

 

Hiew said, so far he has a long list of sponsors who have pledged to sponsor the event and has estimated the total sum to be more than RM100,000 and expects the figure to reach higher in terms of kind from the various sponsors, majority are regular sponsors towards the event.

 

Among the earliest to dish out sponsorship items towards the event was Borneo 4WD and Stationary Sdn Bhd, who has managed to get his foreign principals to come up with various forms of four wheel drive accessories and equipments as prizes, thus being the biggest event sponsor.

 

Another regular sponsor, Kinaway Sdn Bhd yesterday sponsored a complete Toyota 13BT turbo engine, worth around RM7,000, Dallon Mark (Sabah) Sdn Bhd with six cartoons of imported superior grade diesel motor oil (touring 15w40 DH-1) and six high-quality crash helmets and Turbo Tech Engineering with two complete Turbo sets, latest Hydrogen Fuel Saver equipment and petrol and diesel engine fuel booster.

 

All these items would be distributed accordingly as prizes at the end of the day.
