Bouldering
Sarawak is blessed with lots and lots of limestone outcrops and so there are lots of rocks to play and boulder on.  Another place good to boulder is Bako National Park - sandstone on the flats.

Abseiling
There
are many places to abseil from but the Fairy Caves at Bau has an opening that stands 100 meters above street level and provides us one of the longest abseil in Malaysia. We usually do shorter abseils as warm-up to the long 60 meter ride.

Going down...

Rope Activities
There are also many areas where once can do SRT - single rope technique. This includes ascending, abseiling,  Tyrolean, and all the rope disciplines necessary for adventure racing and adventure caving.

Tyrolean traverse is widely used for adventure racing.

Another variation of traversing across gashing streams.

Ascending is another adventure racing activity by SRT.

Perhaps one of the most fun activity would be to go on a 100 meter long flying fox over a waterfall.

Full Day Rock Adventure (abseil and climbing)
This fun filled activity is designed just for that FUN and adventure. If you never abseiled or rock climbed on natural rock before this is perfect for you.

0900 depart Kuching and get to Bukit Kapur. We begin the day by abseiling - going through all the basic and safety.  You will do two short runs before doing the 100m above street level 'big run'. Go on short caving walk. Break for lunch under the shade of the cool limestone. Continue activity with rock climbing. Guides will rig top rope* climbs. Again instruction will be given on the basic of climbing and after clipping in you'll be climbing the Batman Wall. We expect to complete all activities by 1600 where we'll pack up and return back to Kuching.
*top rope: rope will go from belayer (the guy holding your safety rope with safety equipment) to the top of the climb and back down to you. When you ascend, the belayer will take in the rope and there is no chance of you falling.
